Ordering & Shipping Information
- 1. If you are a minor (under the age of the 18 years), please ensure that you have your parent’s/guardian’s permission to operate our website. Your parent/guardian must ensure that they consent on your behalf to the processing activities set out in this Statement.

- 3. Whilst we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this Website are correct and up to date, we have a large number of products on our Website and sometimes products may be incorrectly priced. You must ensure that prior to placing an Order, you have checked all relevant details about the Products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this Website. Product prices shown on the Website may change from time to time, for example, if the Product you are ordering is subject to a promotional discount or offer which is either applied or withdrawn during the selling period. Please note if a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the relevant products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
- 4. All Products displayed on this Website are subject to availability and all orders are subject to acceptance.
- 5. All prices are inclusive of VAT (but do not include delivery charges which will be added to your total prior to you placing your Order).
- 6. The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
Any products purchased must not be made available for resale. - 7. Please see our Delivery Charges for details of delivery times depending on your location. We will arrange for delivery of the products and aim to deliver your order by the timing for your selected delivery method.
Ownership of the Product(s) will pass to you on delivery. - 8. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device. The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
- 9. This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Provider from its offices within the Republic of South Africa. Access to the Website from territories or countries where the Content or purchase of the products sold on the Website is illegal is prohibited. The User may not use this Website in violation of South African export laws and regulations. If the User accesses this Website from locations outside of South Africa, that User is responsible for compliance with all local laws.
- 10. Only registered Users may order and purchase products on the Website. To register as a user, the User must provide a username and provide certain information and personal details to Siso & Co. The User will need to use your username and password to access the Website in order to purchase products.
- 11. The User agrees and warrants that the username and password shall be used for personal use only and not be disclosed to any third party by the User.
- 12. The User agrees to not use any device, software or other instrument to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website. In addition, the User agrees to not in any way use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, distribute or modify the Website or the information contained herein, without the prior written consent from an authorised Company representative (such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by Internet search websites to direct Internet users to this Website).
- 13. The User may not use the Website to distribute material which is defamatory, offensive, contains or amounts to hate speech or is otherwise unlawful.
- 15. All online credit card payments are processed by PayFast. if payment is not reflected in our bank account in 48 hours the order will be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
- 1.Clearance/Sale Products may not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
- 2. Where a transaction has been paid for partly with Voucher(s) and partly with cash, the cash value will be refunded in cash before the Voucher value in Voucher(s).
- 3.The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 7 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% charge for administration costs.
- 4. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
- 5 Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Manager at support@sisoandco.co.za
- 6. All returns need to be done within 30 days of order creation. A product can be returned if it is damaged and defect. Proof of the damage and defect to the actual product, not packaging, will need to be submitted to support@sisoandco.co.za Once the claim has been dealt with, the user will receive a full refund. If a product has been returned and has been determined that it has been used, no refund will be given.
- 7. Exchanges will be accepted if the buyer received the wrong item or size. Buyer is responsible for any return costs of products.
- 8. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or incorrect sizing, you may return it with tags still attached, in its original packaging within 72 hours of dispatch
- 9.No refunds, In the event the refund request is not due to a damaged product or incorrect measure shipped we will not refund
- 10.To be elligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the same udamaged packaging you received it in
